Aaron is an avid mathematician, woodworker, world traveler, and artist from just north of Austin, TX.
Shortly after his first Puzzled Pint submission went live last year, Aaron joined the editing team. He now volunteers his time to help others realize their goal of publishing a set enjoyed by solvers worldwide. He’s also made a few other contributions since then, designing the 15th anniversary T-shirt and creating the Interactive Code Sheet.
As far as puzzle authoring, Aaron has found his niche with highly thematic puzzle sets that bring solvers back to fond memories of another time. Last year, the wordplay and illustrations featured in his Phantom Tollbooth set reminded the world of their experiences with a beloved childhood novel; this year, he returns with this Settlers of Catan set hoping to transport solvers to a time when they last played one of the most famous board games on the planet, whether that was 10 years ago or just last week.
